Jr. Chief and Council is a group of students elected by other students.
It gives learners a voice in school matters.
It organizes fun activities, campaigns, and projects.
It helps build leadership and teamwork.
Jr. Chief - Leads meetings and represents students.
Jr. Vice-Chief - Assists the Jr. Chief.
Jr. Councilor/Secretary - Keeps records and meeting minutes.
Jr. Councilor/Treasurer - Manages finances.
Announcement - Positions are explained
Nominations - Students put their names forward
Campaigns - Posters, short speeches, idea sharing
Voting Day - Every student votes
Results - Winners are announced at swearing in assembly
Organizes events; sports, debates, talent shows, cultural days
Runs campaigns; respect, anti-bullying, important of education, etc
Represents student concerns to teachers
Works on community projects; clean-up, tree planting, charity
Meetings every two weeks
Jr. Chief and Council collect ideas from students
Decisions made by voting
Reports shared with whole school
Be role models in discipline and behaviour
Attend meetings regularly
Respect everyone's opinion
